Bhubaneswar/Koraput, Feb 2: Regarding the landmine blast in Sunki ghat of Koraput in which till now eight personnel of Odisha State Armed Police (OSAP) have said to have lost their lives, today the Home department Special Secretary, Lalit Das to investigate the mishap, IG Operations, RP Koche and Intelligence Director, Sunil Roy are on their way to Koraput. The standing orders of the department say to follow the SOPs but whether the officials present in the accident area had obeyed the orders of the SOPs, will be known only after the investigation. He further added that the IG operations and Intelligence director have met the injured OSAP personnel at the Vishakhapatnam hospital where they are being treated. Upon visiting Koraput and conducting the probe, they would be submitting a report.
