BJP, BJD and Congress celebrate Holi in Odisha in their own style

Bhubaneswar, Mar 13: Today politicians in Odisha celebrated the Festival of colours, Holi with much zeal and enthusiasm. Each party conducted grand functions in their respective party offices. The most grand one was witnessed in the BJP party office. Delighted upon the results of Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, the party celebrated Holi in a very pompous way. Senior leaders along with party activists were seen enjoying every bit of the festival. BJP State President Basant Panda expressed his enjoyment saying that today all disputes and conflicts have been kept aside. Being one, an oath should be taken at Assembly for development of society excluding discrimination on basis of party, belief, caste and colour.

At Congress Bhawan here, many senior leaders and party activists gathered together and exchanged sweets among them and expressed Holi greetings. Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) chief Prasad Harichandan celebrating Holi with blind children said, that the festival has great importance in social lives as it is a festival of enjoyment, of togetherness, of colours, of happiness.

BJD also celebrated Holi. Veteran BJD leader and Excise Minister Damodar Rout enjoyed the festival with party activists. He wished happiness for all.
