Bhubaneswar, Apr 6: Today, the state BJP is celebrating its 38th Foundation day across Odisha.
Notably, on 6th of April, 1980, Bharatiya Janata Party was formed. On completing its 37th year, the party will celebrate the day across all party offices in Odisha by hoisting the party Flag. Discussions regarding party’s formations, it’s history, its development etc will be held at all party offices, said party general secretary Bhrugu Bakshipatra. On the occasion, every elected Zilla parishad member, sarpanch, ward member, samiti member and ZP chairman will be present during the occasion in their respective area offices, added Bakshipatra.
For the upcoming BJP National Executive Meet, that is scheduled to be held on 15th and 16th of this month, Bhumi Pujan (Offering prayers to Land) will also be done, said Bhrugu.
