Bhubaneswar, Apr 10: On the two days of the BJP National Executive Meet to be held on Apr 15-16, PM Narendra Modi will be felicitating the kins of the Odia freedom fighters of the Paika rebellion, an armed uprising against the Britishers in 1817 at the Raj Bhawan here. List-making, bearing the names of the kins, is already underway and it includes Raghu Dibakar, Laxman Nayak, Chakhi Khuntia, Bauxi Jagabandhu, Veer Surendra Sai, Nirmal Munda.
