Sonepur, Apr 24: In connection to circulation of fake currency note, the Sonepur police has today detained two miscreants for possessing fake notes of value Rs 3.5 lakh.
After getting a tip-off, the police followed the duo, who were on the way to Subarnapur from Boudh, and caught them mid-way. The police has also seized the fake currency notes which were notably of Rs 2000 and Rs 500 denominations.
