Sambalpur, Apr 28: A minor who went missing three day ago, was found dead, covered in a gunny back inside a sewer at Sakhipada in the district, early today. The six-year-old boy identified as Kadir Khan, a resident of Bahalapada, who went missing on Tuesday, has been suspected of being brutally murdered.
After his body was recovered, the situation in the area has gone violent, with the irate locals protesting at the Church square, staging a road blockade by burning tyres.
In the meanwhile, the police has recovered the minor’s body and has sent for post-mortem, while the investigation is on.
