New Delhi, Nov 25: Indian President Pranab Mukherjee and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have greeted the people of the country on the occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti.
In a message, the President has said, Guru Nanak Devji believed that service of man is supreme. He called upon all people to lead a moral and righteous life, he said.
“May each one of us imbibe the revered Guru’s noble teachings of brotherhood, compassion and love. Let us dedicate ourselves to the service of the downtrodden,” he said.
