Over 130 Staffs Of Capital Hospital Test Covid Positive
Around 130 Staffs of Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar have tested positive for Covid-19. As per the reports, 40 Doctors, 30 Staff Nurses, 40 Laboratory Technicians and More than 15 Pharmacists, have tested positive. For which, somehow, health services’ is getting affected in the hospital.
Capital Hospital Director Laxmidhar Sahoo said, ‘As some of the staffs have tested positive for Covid-19, the health services have been affected. We are running the services with less number of staffs.’

He further added, ‘Due to shortage of staffs, we have decided to close the OPD of the hospital in the afternoon’. OPD shall remain open for patients from 8am to 1 pm only.’
Recently, around 300 staffs of All India Institute Of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar got infected with coronavirus, which include Doctors, nurses and other paramedical staff.
