Covid-19: Daily Positivity Rate In Odisha Drops To 1.14 %
Odisha reported 671 fresh covid cases and of that, 169 are in the age group of 0-18 years’, informed Odisha H & FW Department. 516 cases were in quarantine and rest 370 cases are local contact cases. Total tally of cases (since the beginning of the pandemic) reached 12,81,455.
12,64,571 people have already been recovered from the disease so far including 1465 new recoveries reported in 24 hours.

Active cases’ number declined to 7855.
Only Khurda (103) and Sundergarh (105) recorded over 100-cases in a day.
Health Department has reported a list of 15 more deaths today.
But, as stated by the department, the list does not reflect deaths occurring on a particular day. It gives details of past deaths for which the death audit process has been duly completed and the cause of death has been identified as due to Covid-19.Total death toll increased to 8976.
58,735 tests have been conducted in last 24 hours. Daily Positivity Rate reduced to 1.14 percent.
