Weather: Monsoon Rain Continues In Several Parts Of Odisha

Bhubaneswar: July 15: On Saturday, various regions of Odisha, including its coastal districts, encountered precipitation events. Since the early morning hours, there have been instances of light to moderate rainfall observed in various regions of the state, including the urban areas of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar.

Over the past 24 hours, Paradip experienced the most significant rainfall, measuring 105 millimeters. Puri recorded a precipitation of 86.6 mm, while Dhenkanal and Nayagarh received rainfall amounts of 70 mm and 43 mm, respectively. The capital city of Bhubaneswar experienced a rainfall of 14.7 millimeters.

According to the forecasts made by the Meteorological Department, it is anticipated that cyclonic circulation will develop over the North-west Bay of Bengal. As a result, the state can expect to experience significant precipitation starting from tomorrow.

Also, it has been reported that several districts in Odisha are expected to witness good rainfall in the next four to five days.
