ACC U19 Asia Cup 2021
In the first league match of the ACC U19 Asia Cup 2021, the Indian team made a great start by defeating the UAE, but in the second match, the Indian team got defeated from Pakistan.
In this match, Pakistan Under 19 team won the toss and decided to bowl first. After this, batting first, the Indian team scored 237 runs in 49 overs and got all out. India had a poor start and India’s wickets kept falling at regular intervals.
Team’s wicketkeeper-batsman Aradhya Yadav contributed 50 runs and played a big role in taking the team to this score. Apart from this, opener batsman Harnoor Singh scored 46 runs while Kaushal Tambe scored 32 runs while Rajvardhan scored 33 runs. Team captain Yash Dhul could not even open his account and lost his wicket at zero. For Pakistan, Zeeshan Jamir took 5 wickets for 60 runs in 10 overs.
Pakistan’s team had got a target of 238 runs to win. This team won the match by two wickets while making 240 runs for 8 wickets in 50 overs. From Pakistan’s side Mohd. Shahzad played the biggest innings of 81 runs.
On the other hand, Maj Shadaqat scored 29 runs, Irfan Khan 32 runs, Kasib Akram 22 runs, Rizwan Mahmood and Ahmed Khan scored 29 runs each. Raj Bajwa took 4 wickets for India.
