Bhubaneswar, Oct 8: Professional ATM looter named Madhav Acharya, a resident of Salia Sahi, Nayapali has been nabbed by the Commissionerate Police on Friday along with this Rs 35,000 seized from his possession. The accused used to target elderly persons for cash. While they withdraw cash from the ATM Madhav used to note down the ATM pin number. Later with that pin number he used to withdraw cash form ATM, Police official informed. He also purchased more than one bus with that looted amount and also has a bank balance more than lakhs, sources further said.
Police is to prepare an impregnable charge sheet against Madhav so that it would become difficult for him to get a bail. Information will be accumulated from all state’s police stations about Madhav. Before this, based on the same case, Madhav had also been arrested by the Khandagiri Police.
