Attack on three traffic police personnel in State Capital of Odisha

Bhubaneswar: January 03: Two youths attacked traffic police at AG Square, Bhubanswar which led to injury of three traffic personnel on duty. The traffic police stopped two youths Tanmay Rout and Anit Rout for not using helmet while riding the two wheeler. The youths started arguing with the police and further an exchange of words took place. Later the youths attacked the police men violently with a knife injuring them on their neck and hands. Victims Mahendra Biswal, Rohan Swain and Gyana Ranjan Das are stated to be in critical condition. The Capital Police has arrested the two and registered case against them. It is said, one of the attacker is a retired armed force personal. Police has started investigating into the matter.
