Bhubaneswar: May 12: Buxi Jagabandhu English Medium School achieved 100 percent result in CBSE Class-X Examination.  All 242 of the students who showed up for the exam passed with flying colours.

According to a BJEM School source, 74 students received an overall grade of 90 percent or higher. Kanchi Bhoomika, the school’s topper in Class X, received 489 out of 500 marks, or 97.8 percent, followed by Akanksha Panda (487 marks, or 97.4%), and Priyanshu Nanda (486 marks, or 97.2%).

Similarly, the success of students of Std.- XII both in Science and Commerce Stream is overwhelming. Out of 150 students who appeared in the Science Stream, 04 students secured 95% and above, and 22 students secured 90% and above with 100% pass. Aakash Kumar Singh scored 97.4%, making him the top student in Science at his school. K. Pawan Kumar came in second with 96%, and Manish Biswal came in third with 95.2%.

The 67 students of the Commerce stream have also fared well with 05 students securing more than 90%. Riya Acharya with 93.6% is the school topper in Commerce. Sobhan Kumar Dash finished second in school with 93% marks, and Deepak Kumar Sahoo came in third with 92.4% marks.

Mr. Raghunath Mishra, Chairman, Mr. P. K. Jena, Manager, School Managing Committee members, School Principal & Vice Principal congratulated the students for their success and also thanked the teachers and staff for their sincere effort.
