Priyanka Tibrewal shall be the BJP candidate for Bhabanipur assembly constituency seat and she will fight against TMC Candidate & West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Benerjee.
Bypoll for Bhabanipur assembly constituency shall be held in September 30.
Priyanka Tibrewal is a renowned lawyer of West Bengal and is also the lawyer of post poll violence cases in West Bengal.
BJP announced for other 2 seats going for Bypoll. Milan Ghosh will contest from Samserganj and Sujit Das has been fielded from Jangipur by the saffron party.
Priyanka Tibrewal, a graduate from Delhi University, studied law from Calcutta University and have been practicing at the Calcutta High Court and the Supreme Court.
Tibrewal is handling a wide range of cases from defending victims of atrocities of the State Government, such as in the Raniganj riot case or the Purulia murder case, and has always stood up for the cause of justice and liberty, say the party workers.
Earlier, Sr.BJP leader from West Bengal Dilip Ghosh has claimed that, Mamata Banerjee will have to face another defeat in Bhabanipur like Nandigram.
Counting for these 3 seats will be held on October 3.
