New Delhi: February 12: The Supreme Court on Tuesday held former acting- chief of CBI M. Nageswara Rao guilty of contempt of court, sentencing him till the rising of the apex court for the day and fined him Rs 1 lakh for transferring an agency officer probing the Muzaffarpur shelter home case despite the court’s embargo against the transfer of then Additional Director A.K. Sharma who was heading the investigation team. (IANS)
