CPI Protests: Demands apology from PM Modi for his remarks on Odisha

Bhubaneswar, Mar 1: After BJD & Congress create brawl in assembly, its the Bhubaneswar Zonal committee of CPI today, who protested a demonstration demanding an apology from PM Narendra Modi to the people of Odisha for his remarks on Odisha as a poverty stricken state. The party workers and activists today burnt a hay-made man structure with Modi’s Photo in it and protested near Ashok Nagar in the capital. The party workers and activists said that no one has the right to make fun off or insult Odisha.

Notably, PM Modi during a election rally at UP, allegedly gave an outrageous statement about Odisha’s poverty.
