Bhubaneswar, Feb 13: The notorious criminal brothers –Sushil and Sushant Dhalsamant –on Saturday refused to undergo polygraph test, when they were presented by the police before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM), Cuttack at his residence at the end of their second phase five-day remand.
The Commissionerate Police is likely to seek fresh remand of the duo for further interrogation in the murder case of their former aides Dipu and Omm.
The investigating agency will pray the Cuttack Sadar SDJM Court on Monday for seeking fresh remand of the brothers.
Meanwhile, the Chauliaganj Police late on Friday night arrested a criminal Sangram Routray for his links with the criminal brothers.
According to sources, a special team of the police is interrogating Sangram for his involvement in gun smuggling and related crimes.
