Puri Shree Jagannath Temple Administration approves Rs 190 crore annual budget

Bhubaneswar, Dec 5: With a view of less number affidavits been received regarding the opinion and suggestion of general public on reforms in Sri Jagannath temple, State Government’s one-man judicial commission headed by Justice B P Das has again extended the date for submission of affidavits by 15 days till the 20th of December. As per sources the enquiry commission has only received 350 affidavits till now.

It may be noted that, after the manhandling incident of Arvind Agarwal, Collector of Puri by servitors, the state government in September had formed a one-man judicial commission
