Puri: July 06: Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, Goddess Subhadra and Lord Sudarshan are now at Gundicha Temple in the pilgrim city of Puri. Devotees thronged the Gundicha Temple to have darshan of deities at Adapa Mandap.
The devotees entered the temple in queue and had the Adapa darshan. It is the belief that one gets virtues of deeds of crores of birth after having darshan of Chaturdha Murti (Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, Goddess Subhadra and Sudarshan) on Adapa Mandap, which is the birthplace of the deities, during 9-day sojourn.
After the darshan, devotees had the taste of Adapa Abadha, which is prepared by servitors in kitchan of Gundicha Temple during Ratha Jatra.
