Bhopal, Oct 31: Eight terrorists who fled from Bhopal Central Jail on Sunday midnight, have been gunned down in an encounter on Monday, sources said.
As per the information the encounter happened in Eintkhedi village-about 30 km north of Bhopal. All eight SIMI terrorists have been killed during fire exchange, police sources said.
Notably, by slitting the throat of a jail security with the help of steel plate and glass, yesterday at around 2-3 am, eight terrorists of banned Students Islamic Movement of India had escaped from the jail wall using bed sheets.
