Pallahara, May 10: Last night a fisherman named Budhuram Tapan disappeared when his boat overturned in Rengali reservoir here at Jharabahala in Angul. A fire tender unit has been launched to find the missing man. He is said to be from Jharabahal village of Batisuan panchayat. The incident occurred when he had gone to the reservoir for fishing on his country boat. But then, the boat is said to have sunk in deep sea due to strong wind caused by the Nor’wester last night. The other fishermen present tried to save Tapan but failed. Later they informed the villagers and the fire tender units.
