Flights diverted due to low visibility caused by pollution in Delhi-NCR

New Delhi: November 03: Around 32 flights coming to Delhi have been diverted due to poor visibility. After early morning rains in Delhi, Air quality worsened further. The level of PM 2.5 and PM 10 in the air is continuously increasing. The PM 2.5 level in the Air Quality Index on Sunday crossed 600.
According to Indira Gandhi International Airport Authority, flight operations are facing problems due to low visibility. Explain that pollution did not decrease after light rain, but due to this the fog increased and now there is difficulty in seeing the sight on the road. Vehicles had to use lights on the road on Sunday morning due to fog.
Flight operations at the T3 terminal started to suffer from 9 am due to bad weather. So far 32 flights have been diverted towards Jaipur, Amritsar and Lucknow.
