Bhubaneswar, July 23: After the deaths of 19 children for malnutrition at the Nagada village of Jajpur district, Manoj Ahuja, Secretary of Agriculture and Pramod kumar Meherda, Commissioner-cum- Director of the department has announced that a nodal officers would visit the village on a daily basis. Along with this, a state level officer would visit Nagada weekly and Within 15 days Anganwadi Centers would come up, officials informed.
The state government is focusing on health and transportation. The road work to the village would start soon, Ahuja said and regarding electricity facilities Solar light would be provided and piped drinking water would be facilitated to the villagers, Ahuja further added.
