Bhubaneswar, May 4: Rainfall has occurred at one or two places over Odisha. Chief amount of rainfall has been recorded in Anandpur (dist Keonjhargarh), Nuagada (dist Gajapati), Nawana (dist Mayurbhanj), Nilgiri (dist Balasore), R.udaigiri (dist Gajapati), Kashipur (dist Rayagada), Karanjia (dist Mayurbhanj), Remuna (dist Balasore), Balimundali (dist Mayurbhanj), Bhawanipatna (dist Kalahandi), Jaipur (dist Balasore), Soro (dist Balasore), Malkangiri (dist Malkangiri), Bhuban (dist Dhenkanal), Udala (dist Mayurbhanj), Kaptipada (dist Mayurbhanj), Kalinga (dist Kandhamal). Maximum temperatures observed no large change over Odisha. They were above normal over South Interior Odisha and normal over rest Odisha.
The highest maximum temperature of 44.00 C was recorded at Titlagarh and the lowest minimum temperature of 22.00 C was recorded at Sundargarh in the plains of Odisha.
The relative humidity will be 90 percent at its maximum and 46 percent at its minimum, as said by the MeT. On Friday, rainfall, thunder-squall and hailstorms to occur in Odisha with a wind speed reaching 50-60 kmph. On Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, weather to be dry in Interior Odisha with a heat wave to flow. As per the weather forecasters, there is no significant change as of now.
