Sambalpur: Odisha Vigilance raided the Rebati Raman Joshi, Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF), Hirakud Wild Life Division, Sambalpur on Friday morning. Simultaneous house searches at nine locations are underway.
A Vigilance team led by three DSPs, 10 Inspectors, and other supporting staff on the strength of search warrants issued by the Special Judge Vigilance, Sambalpur will conduct the raids.
House searches at the following nine places in Sambalpur and Bargarh are underway:
1) His Govt. Quarter near Deer Park, Sambalpur.
2) Office chamber of Joshi at Sambalpur.
3) Triple storeyed building at Ainthapalli, Sambalpur.
4) Flat No. G-5, Kanheya Block, Brijdham Housing Society, near Church Chowk, Sambalpur.
5) Flat No. G-6, Kanheya Block, Brijdham Housing Society, Sambalpur.
6) Flat No. A-406, City Pride Apartment building, Farm Road, Sambalpur.
7) Single storeyed commercial building at Malipalli, Sambalpur on Sambalpur-Jharsuguda Road.
8) Single storeyed building at Padmapur, Dist- Bargarh.
9) Paternal house of Sri Joshi at village Balanda, Bijepur, Dist- Bargarh.
