Bhubaneswar: August 03: A function was organized yesterday by Varanesaya Utkal Samaj, a socio-cultural organization jointly with the state government In Varanasi on the hundredth birth anniversary of the former chief minister Biju Patnaik.
Ashok Chandra Panda, Culture Minister recalled Biju Patnaik’s contribution for the growth and development of Odisha. He described him as the architect of modern Odisha. A workshop on role of youth in Odisha’s development was held and essay and debate competitions were also organized.
