Balasore, Nov 22: Nuclear-capable indigenously built missile Agni-I has been test fired successfully at the Abdul Kalam Island’s Integrated Test Range, Launch Pad-4, Dhamra, Odisha on Monday at 10.08 AM.
As per sources, during the test fire, officials of Defense Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and Defence also were present.
Having advanced navigation system, Agni-I, made by DRDO can reach its target located in a range of 700 -1200 km with great exactness and it has the capability to carry 1,000 kg weight nuclear warhead.
