Toni Ann Singh won miss world title
London: December 15: Tony-Ann Singh of Jamaica was crowned Miss World 2019 at the event held at the ExCeL London on December 14. Suman Rao of India was the second runner-up.Toni is of Indian origin. Miss France Ophelie Mezino was second and Miss India Suman Rao was third. The final leg of the competition was held in London on Saturday. 23-year-old Toni mesmerized the audience by singing American singer Whitney Houston. Toni has studied at Florida State University. She is a student of Psychology and wants to become a psychiatrist. She has also served as the President of the Caribbean Students Association on campus.
Miss World Vanessa Ponce of 2018 decorated the crown of Miss World on her head. Vanessa hails from Mexico.
