Bhubaneswar: April 27: Justice Mohammad Rafiq took oath as the Chief Justice of Orissa High Court today. Odisha Governor Prof.Ganeshi Lal administered the oath of office & secrecy at Lok Seva Bhawan in Bhubaneswar.
He is the former Chief Justice of Meghalaya High Court and also former Justice of Rajasthan High Court.
Justice Rafiq was born in Sujangarh of Churu District in Rajasthan.
