Angul, July 30: Just one day back when BJP activists showed black flag to Food Supply Minister Sanjay Dasburma and Housing and Urban Development minister Pushpendra Singhdeo while going to attend a protest in Boudh district on Friday, had been thrashed by BJD workers, a clash between these two parties on Saturday led to injuries to Angul Superintendent of Police (SP), Kabita Jalan.
The incident happened, when BJD workers attacked BJP activists and SP Jalan was trying to calm down by interfering between the two parties. While protesting in front of the circuit house, against the ministers’ visit, BJD workers chased the BJP workers and thrashed them, sources said. Before this incident, 10 BJP workers, including Rudra Pani were detained by the Police,
Notably, in similar news, BJB activists had seen being beaten up by BJD workers while protesting and showing black flag to Sanjay Dasburma and Pushpendra Singhdeo.
