Bhubaneswar, May 8: Yesterday, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik opened up the logo and mascot for the 22nd Asian Athletics Championship to be held at Kalinga Stadium here from July 6 to 9. On the other hand, the Olive Ridley turtle was declared the mascot of the Championship at a special function at the Kalinga Stadium here. Patnaik also felicitated veteran Olympians PT Usha and Anju Bobby George in the programme. Notably, around 600 athletes of 45 countries are to participate in the Championship.
