Bhubaneswar, Mar 25: On Friday LoP Narsingha Mishra gave it in writing to the House Secretary of the Odisha Assembly that he would like to resign from the post of the Business Advisory Committee of the House.

On asking about the reason of doing so, the Loisingh legislator informed that Mishra in his letter noted the reason being that the concerned opposition party was not being given enough importance in the House and the autocracy which the ruling party creates is impossible. He also alleged that the ruling party is not implementing the decision taken in an All Party Meeting.

Notably, on Thursday, Narsingha Mishra shunned to use the VVIP trend of using the red light beacon and polic escort. Since three years, Mishra had been using these facilities. Mishra but agreed to keep the personal security officer (PSO) alloted by the State for his security.
