Bhubaneswar, Dec 27: Yesterday the Fitment Committee constituted for implementation of the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission convened a meeting at the State Secretariat and prepared the modalities. Along with the chairman of the committee, senior administrative officers were present in the meeting. It’s stated that the panel had discussions on how to implement the demands of various employees’ associations before the State government. A report regarding the modalities pertaining to grade pay, pay scale, various categories of salaries and allowances which were prepared by the panel at the meeting will be submitted to the government soon.
