Bhubaneswar, May 9: Rainfall has occurred at one or two places over Odisha. Chief amount of rainfall has occurred in Ghatagaon (dist Keonjhar), Harichandanpur (dist Keonjhar), Soro (dist Balasore), Bhawanipatna (dist Kalahandi), Jhumpura (dist Keonjhar), Swam-patna (dist Keonjhar), Telkoi (dist Keonjhar), Similiguda (dist Koraput), Malkangiri (dist Malkangiri), Rajghat (dist Balasore), Baripada (dist Mayurbhanj), Jaipatna (dist Kalahandi), Jaleswar (dist Balasore). Maximum temperatures observed no large change over Odisha. They were above normal over North interior Odisha Odisha and normal over rest Odisha.
The highest maximum temperature of 43.50 degree Celsius was recorded at Angul and the lowest minimum temperature of 20.40 degree Celsius was recorded at Keonjhar the plains of Odisha.
