Navjot Singh Sidhu called Imran Khan as his elder brother

Politics has started on the rhetoric of Navjot Singh Sidhu, who went to Pakistan on a visit to Kartarpur Sahib. On Saturday, Sidhu described Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan as his elder brother. He said, Imran has given him a lot of love.

Responding to Sidhu’s remarks, BJP IT Cell head Amit Malviya said, ‘Rahul Gandhi’s favourite Navjot Singh Sidhu calls Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan his “bada bhai”. Last time he had hugged Gen Bajwa, Pakistan Army’s Chief, heaped praises. Is it any surprise that the Gandhi siblings chose a Pakistan loving Sidhu over veteran Amarinder Singh?

Sidhu’s closeness with Pakistan PM Imran Khan is not the first time. Earlier, he had also reached the swearing-in ceremony of Imran Khan. There he hugged Pak Army Chief Qamar Bajwa. After this, he also went to participate in the program held in Pakistan to open the Kartarpur Corridor.

Although the Sidhu Group links it to cricket that both of them played cricket together, so this relationship should not be seen as political or linked to Indo-Pak relations.
