Bhubaneswar, Jan 21: National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) has signed an agreement with Odisha Computer Application Centre (OCAC) for “Skill Development in Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM)” on Tuesday.
The agreement was signed here.
NIELIT is actively engaged in the development of qualified human resources in the areas of IT; Electronics; Communication Technologies; Hardware; Cyber Security etc.
It offers courses both in the formal as well as the non-formal sector of education and is also one of the National Examination body which accredits institutes/organizations for the conduct of courses in IT in the non-normal sector.
The MoU was signed in presence of Pranab Prakash Das, Odisha’s Minister of Energy, Electronics & IT, Govt of Odisha and Pradeep Jena, Principal Secretary, E&lT.
Dr. Ashwini Kumar Sharma, Director General (DG), NIELIT signed the MOU on behalf
of NIELIT and Sanjay Kumar Singh, CE0,0CAC signed the same on behalf OCAC and Govt of Odisha.
