Bhubaneswar, March 19 : The BJP said the Budget offers nothing new.
State unit president Basant Panda, in his reaction said the budget appears to be a balance sheet only and it makes no promises for industrialization in State.
Panda said it is also disappointing that there is no efforts on the part of the Government to create employment for the unemployed youth across State and refund of money of chit fund investors,
The govt will depend fully on Central assistance and loans, the BJP leader said.
