Bhubaneswar, May 18: Yesterday, Odisha based girl, Padmalaya Nanda, the finalist of Little Miss Universe beauty pageant, met Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik to take his blessings before leaving for the competition that is scheduled to be held in Georgia in Europe starting from May 31 to June 6. Padmalaya is among the 16 participants that have been selected from all over the world. She will b heading to Georgia on May 25. Nanda stated after meeting Patnaik that she is glad that she got an opportunity to meet the CM of the state who wished her for her future. She is now confident and full prepared for the competition. The event is just like a festival based on art, culture, style, intelligence and talent. It is a pageant for promoting talent and culture. Padmalaya has even requested to vote her on Facebook from June 1 to June 4 to help her win. Padmalaya had even met the Odisha Governor, SC Jamir at the Raj Bhawan on Wednesday morning.
