Bhubaneswar, Nov 3: Today the finance minister of Odisha, Pradeep Amat visited Delhi to attend the two-day-long GST council meet beginning from today. It’s stated that Amat will put forward the various demands of the state in the meet. Increase in royalty is also likely to be discussed in the meeting. While, the Odisha is supporting the GST, it is opposing cess. Other coal producing states like, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and West Bengal are also opposing cess.
