Bhubaneswar: April 27: Board of Secondary Education, Odisha declared results of Odisha annual High School Certificate (HSC) examinations, 2016 today.
Odisha School and Mass Education Minister Devi Prasad Mishra released the results in a Press Conference in presence of Board of Secondary Education (BSE) president Prof Dakshya Prasad Nanda and the secretary, School and Mass Education, Ranjana Chopra. 85.2% students succeeded in HSC Examination and Balasore topped the list with 92.90%.
Students in 715 schools of Odisha have achieved 100 per results while 21 schools in the state have recorded zero results.
Like earlier years, this year also girl students did better that the boys. 2,46,240 girls have cleared the exam whereas 2,43,482 boys succeeded in exam.
Results and mark sheets are available on http://www.bseodisha.nic.in/ and http://www.indiaresult.com/ . Besides, the students can also know their results through SMS to ORI10 space Roll Number and send it to number 58888. Students can apply for re-addition by applying online from May 2 to May 11 on the website http://www.indiaresult.com/.
