Bhubaneswar: August 24: Odisha reported 887 new Covid Positive cases in last 24 hours. Of which, 131 cases are under the age group of 0-18. Also, out of 887 cases, 515 people were in quarantine tested positive and 372 are local contact cases.

Sate also registered 1035 new recoveries in last 24 hours.

Total Positive Cases increased to 1003210 and 987369 people have recovered from the disease so far.

Active cases stands at 8226 in Odisha.

Khurda District remains to be the most-affected district with 323 new cases today and next is Cuttack with 119 cases.

68,717 tests have been done in last 24 hours and daily positivity rate declines to 1.29 percent in Odisha.
