Odisha registers 76 new cases; Total tally of COVID-19 cases jumps to 1593

Bhubaneswar: May 27: 76 new COVID-19 cases have been recorded in Odisha today. With this, total number of confirmed positive cases in Odisha has reached 1593. Out of 76 new cases, 74 are in quarantine centers and 2 are local cases.

Bolangir has 16 cases out of 76 cases detected, followed by Khurda and Nuapada District, which have 13 cases each.

Cuttack has recorded 11 new cases, followed by Ganjam with 10 cases and Jagatsinghpur with 6 cases.

Balasore, Nayagarh and Sundergarh have 2 new cases each.

Besides, Mayurbhanj has one new COVID-19 case only.
