Bhubaneswar, Sept 8: In connection of pending chit fund scam cases in a Valsad court, Pravas Rout, Chairman of Oscar Group of Companies has been taken into custody by the Gujarat Police. And also took Muna Patra, managing director of Oscar group for interrogation.
This happened for the second time that Rout taken custody by the Gujarat Police. He had been taken in remand for 15 days in July-August.
The plea regarding this had allowed by Santosh Mohapatra, Judge of Special Court.
The Odisha Police had arrested Pravas Rout in June 2016 form New Delhi.
