PM pays tribute to Brussels attack victims at Maelbeek metro station

Brussels, March 31: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid a wreath at the Maelbeek metro station in Brussels, which was one of the sites of terror attacks last week. Modi is on a one-day visit to Belgium Wednesday, wherein he met with Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel as well as members of European and Belgium parliaments.

“At a time of grief, India stands in solidarity. Before offic’l engagements, PM lays wreath at Maalbek metro station [sic],” Indian external affairs minister Vikas Swarup tweeted.
