Bhubaneswar: October 16: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik turned 75 on Friday. Birthday wishes poured in from different quarters.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi conveyed birthday wishes to Naveen Patnaik. He spoke to the Chief Minister over the Phone and wished him on his birth day.
