New Delhi, Aug 4: Yesterday, BJD Rajya Sabha MP, Anubhav Mohanty issued a privilege notice against the Minister of State for Water Resources, Sanjeev Balyan for providing misleading facts in the Parliament on the Mahanadi projects by Chhattisgarh.
Earlier, a privilege motion was issued against Balyan in the Lok Sabha by BJD Parliamentary party leader Bhartruhari Mahatab, Pravash Singh and Nagendra Pradhan.
Reacting to this, Balyan said that he had presented only those facts which were given to him by the Chhattisgarh government.
