Based on the subcommittee’s decision, the temple management committee today approved the Kartika month ritual schedule (rituals). Additionally, it was decided to digitize the Srimandir’s land records.

Vir Vikram Yadav, the chief administrator of the SJTA, stated that a database of land records will also be created. The digitization process will start once the State Government has given its approval.

The Shree Mandir Adarsh Gurukul Society for the children of servitors and the servitors’ housing project was also discussed at the meeting.

The Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Odisha, has received the application for registration of the Adarsh Gurukul Society, which will be run by the Birla Foundation. According to the Chief Administrator, the IGR requested some compliance, and it was granted.

Birla Foundation will be invited to the following Management Committee meeting to discuss the master plan, he added.

According to the SJTA Chief Administrator, the committee has given the go-ahead to expedite the work and the tender for the first phase of boundary wall construction for the housing project for servitor families at Harachandi Sahi will be released on October 6.
