Bhubaneswar, April 4: The Purushottampur police took arrested former Congress MLA Ramesh Jena on a one-day transit remand today to interrogate on the Balighat issue.
The Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) Court, Brahmapur had allowed the police in this regard on Saturday.
The police have already arrested sand Mafia Krupasindhu Muduli, who is a close associate of Jena.
