Bhubaneswar, Dec 26: Today from 10 am to 12 noon, for the two hours, the Congress staged road blockade in all district headquarters so that their demand of Rs 12 lakh compensation, each to be given to all family members of the children, who died due to Japanese Encephalitis, gets fulfilled.
Transportation was halted between Koraput and Nabarangpur when there were road bloacks at the Koraput district headquarters traffic square. Among the protesters, there were Pottangi MLA Ramachandra Kadam and Laxmipur MLA Kailash Kulasika. The Nabarangpur district committee also staged road blockade.
